About the Senior Examination Incharge

As the Senior Examination Incharge, I am responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring all examination-related activities throughout the academic year. With a strong focus on accuracy, responsibility, and discipline, I ensure that students experience a stress-free and well-managed examination environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Preparation of annual, half-yearly, unit test, and pre-board exam schedules.Maintaining confidentiality of question papers and examination material.Assigning duties to invigilators and ensuring proper hall discipline.Coordinating with subject teachers for question paper setting and evaluation.Ensuring strict adherence to CBSE examination guidelines and protocols.Supervising record keeping, mark sheets, result compilation, and report cards.Handling student queries regarding exams, re-checking, and improvement tests.Maintaining a smooth communication system between teachers, students, and school management during examinations.
